End User Licence Agreement.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and NPIRE EXE LTD ("NPIRE", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14348688), registered office 8 Martin Kinggett Gardens, Dagenham, England, RM9 6FD. Contact: support@npire-exe.com.
It applies to every game and app we publish, on any platform (mobile, PC, console and web), including updates, patches, downloadable content and in-game items (together, the "Game"). Some games have extra terms, listed in Section 16. If a game's extra terms conflict with this EULA, the extra terms win for that game.
By installing, launching or playing the Game, you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, do not install or play the Game. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read this EULA with you.
1. Other terms that apply
Our Terms of Service cover our website and online services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data.
The store or platform you got the Game from (for example the App Store, Google Play, Steam, PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo) has its own terms. You must follow them too.
2. Your licence
The Game is licensed to you, not sold. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control, as allowed by the platform you got it from.
We and our licensors keep all rights in the Game, including its code, art, characters, audio, music, text, levels, designs, names and logos. Any right not expressly given to you in this EULA is reserved.
3. What you must not do
Unless we agree in writing, or the law gives you a right that cannot be removed by contract, you must not:
copy, sell, rent, lend, sublicense, share, upload or otherwise distribute the Game or any part of it;
decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt or data-mine the Game, or try to extract its source code, assets or data files (see Section 4 for what the law still allows);
extract, rip or reuse the Game's art, models, animations, audio, music, text, levels or other assets, in whole or in part;
modify the Game or create derivative works from it, except through mod tools or a mod policy we publish;
use cheats, bots, automation, exploits or unauthorised third-party software, or interfere with anti-cheat, copy protection, licence checks or our servers;
run, host or connect to unofficial servers, or emulate our online services;
sell, trade or transfer accounts, virtual currency or virtual items outside the Game;
remove or change any copyright, trade mark or other notice in the Game;
use the Game, or anything taken from it, to make a competing product.
4. Reverse engineering and the law
Nothing in this EULA stops you doing anything that UK law expressly allows a lawful user of software to do and that cannot be excluded by contract, including the limited rights in sections 50A to 50C of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (for example, decompiling only where necessary to achieve interoperability with an independent program). Those rights are narrow. Using information obtained that way for any other purpose, including making a similar game, is not allowed.
5. Artificial intelligence and data mining
You must not, and must not help anyone else to:
use the Game, or any code, asset, text, audio, image, level, character or data taken from it, to train, fine-tune, test or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, or to build datasets or embeddings;
use an AI tool or any other automated means to reproduce, imitate or generate derivative versions of the Game's code, characters, art, audio or other assets;
scrape or bulk-extract content from the Game or our online services.
We expressly reserve all rights in the Game against text and data mining, including under Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790. No licence for those uses is given by this EULA or by making the Game available.
6. Videos, streams and screenshots
You may stream the Game, post gameplay videos and screenshots, and earn money from them through platform programmes (such as YouTube or Twitch partner programmes), as long as:
your content shows you playing or commenting on the Game, and is not mainly a copy of the Game's music, cutscenes or assets;
you do not suggest that NPIRE endorses you or your content;
you follow Section 5, and your content does not break the law or the platform's rules.
We can withdraw this permission for specific content where it harms the Game or NPIRE.
7. Purchases, virtual currency and virtual items
In-game currency, items and unlocks are licensed to you as part of the Game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not your property.
Purchases are processed by the store or platform you buy through, under its payment and refund terms.
Where you ask for digital content to be supplied straight away, you agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once the download or supply begins, as allowed by UK consumer law.
If something you paid for does not work as described, contact us at support@npire-exe.com. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Updates, online features and ending support
We may update the Game to fix problems, add or change content, meet legal requirements or keep it secure. Some updates may be needed to keep playing online. Features that rely on our servers or third-party services (such as cloud saves, leaderboards and multiplayer) may change or end. Where we decide to end online features of a game you paid for, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the Game or on our website where we reasonably can.
9. Content you create
If the Game lets you create or share content (such as a username, levels or messages), you keep your rights in it, but you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, use, display and share it to run and promote the Game. Your content must not be unlawful, offensive or infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove it.
10. Ending this licence
This EULA lasts until it is ended. You can end it at any time by deleting the Game. We may suspend or end your licence, or your access to online features, if you seriously or repeatedly break this EULA, if we must do so by law, or to protect other players or the Game. When it ends, you must stop using the Game and delete it. Sections 2 to 5, 11, 12 and 14 continue after it ends.
11. Your consumer rights and our responsibility
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in this EULA affects those rights. Advice about your rights is available from Citizens Advice.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this EULA or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, as the Game is for personal use. If defective digital content we supplied damages your device or other digital content because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or pay you compensation.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Some games use third-party software (for example the Unity engine and the services listed in our Privacy Policy). Their notices and licences are shown in the Game or on our website where required.
12. Law and courts
This EULA is governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring claims in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts. If you live in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring claims in your local courts.
13. Changes to this EULA
We may update this EULA to reflect changes in the law, the Game or how we run it. We will show the date of the latest version at the top. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in the Game or on our website before it takes effect. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop playing and delete the Game.
14. General
If any part of this EULA is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer this EULA to anyone else. We may transfer it to another business, for example if NPIRE is sold, without reducing your rights.
15. Extra terms for Apple devices
If you got the Game from the Apple App Store:
this EULA is between you and NPIRE only, not Apple, and NPIRE, not Apple, is responsible for the Game and its content;
your licence is limited to using the Game on Apple-branded products you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Usage Rules;
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game;
if the Game fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the extent allowed by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the Game;
NPIRE, not Apple, is responsible for any claims about the Game, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims;
if a third party claims the Game or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, NPIRE, not Apple, is responsible for dealing with that claim;
you confirm you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo or listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
16. Game-specific terms
IQUBE: Logic puzzle game (iOS, Android, web demo). No extra terms.
Extra terms for future games will be listed here.
